Fickle Pickle for Marinating

RECOMMENDED TIMES FOR MARINATING

  • Large Chicken Breast/Legs/Thighs, Beef or Pork Roast: 6-12 Hours
  • Brisket or Ribs: 12-24 Hours
  • Thin-sliced Chicken Breast, Steak or Pork Chops: 2-4 Hours
  • Shrimp or Fish: 15-30 Minutes
  • Veggies for grilling/roasting: 1-3 Hours

You only need enough juice to cover the meat, we like using a Ziplock bag for marinating. Place raw meat in the refrigerator while soaking in Fickle Pickles Juice.

Fickle Pickles Juice can also be used as a mopping sauce or a glaze for ham! To make a glaze, simply simmer until liquid has reduced to half and slightly thickened.
